I think it's really interesting people who don't study hitting don't realize how "late" the bat should start and why it seems "deep" this is actually a really good still here you can see her leg and hip has engaged her elbow is slotted so she has started swinging but the bat is still vertical...this is great usually you will see alot of girls have dropped the bat by this point. Using the gif from rdbass watch how your DD hands go back and then how once her leg goes forward her hands come forward and never stop.
I would like too see her try one of two things either try to keep hers hands back (hold/walk away from hands) or if she lets them naturally come forward just before her foot actually comes down reach back a little it might look like a hitch in her swing but it's fine she just need to engage the scap and not leak power because she can't reach back after foot plant there is no way to get the power back.
