is this the one JoJo? Until the recent flurry of 8 foot 9 year olds throwing 75 mph this was the best young pitcher I remember seeing. She is only throwing low 40s at 9 though so she is comparatively slow to the latest crop :)

No JJ, it was a more close up view of her IR. I remember she had a slight hesitation at release then finished with a small follow through. Gosh I knew I should have saved that one!

That girl is really good. I have not timed my DD since last spring. She was throwing 36 to 38mph. I'll time her again in another month. I think she may be in the 40 range now. Any advice on the change up? Thanks for the compliment and JJs video.

Ok I tried. In any case, yes this is the same girl. To the OP, this girl is a great example of good mechanics for a girl this age. Another really good thread that has great analysis and clips is "DDs arm circle hopefully it has improved". I would link it but I'm posting from a phone.

Ask bm he posted in that one several times... what did u get outta that vid? She leaned to the side really bad and vid was very close up? What did I miss? Good whi p..I couldn't even tell how hard she threw it..
