No BM, actually it was just one lesson. I completely made her into this in 1 hour. Before seeing me, she had never even touched a softball before.

So you ARE "Skinner Certified"...........
Bill, yes it was only one lesson, but just making some minor adjustments made a big difference and we thank you for that. I showed her some comments and she got the biggest smile on her face.. thank you guys for the extra boost of confidence in her. We will continue to work on it and hopefully she will get some playing time in the spring / summer.. Coaches daughter of course is #1 right now.. if she comes along to a lesson on Sunday, I will try and video tape her from the side so we can get some more pointers..

You know you are doing something right when the Hello Elbow coaches don't like your mechanics!
She looks good. If you can get side video as mentioned by Ken B that would be helpful.
LOL. when my DD was on the mound and threw one to the ground, her team's PC said "Snap it up! (wrist snap)" i was shaking my head and wondered if I should let the PC know she no longer pitches like that or maybe just zip it?
