Or the sensation the muscles should be feeling? Yes

Or how the follow through should feel? Yes

Or something totally different? Yes. The feeling of how the bicep and forearm rotates from facing backward to facing forward, or from being EXternally Rotated to being INternally Rotated, and from Supinated (palm up) to Pronated (palm down) to gain a basic understanding of how one actually "throws a ball underhand" properly.........
