Odd is an understatement. He once told me my son needed to do this - Yep, he wanted me to teach my son to DUMP and CAST the barrel...


It's not even close to what actually happens. More facts! But he's more than willing to lie and say he is doing what Hammy is doing.

As I'm sure you know I've been at this a while. I've seen all of the different divergences, avoidance's and "switch-a-roos". Your theories don't hold up, so now you're looking to drag a member here through the mud. Let me ask you this. Is mann swinging a bat? Has mann posted video of himself and students? Is mann sharing openly/freely? Yes, Yes and Yes.

Has mann claimed to be a guru? Does mann ask for money for instruction? Does mann have minions doing his bidding? No, No and No.

Now to your question(s): Who here OR anywhere doesn't have room for improvement? It's good in the sense that many here are very new to any of these concepts. This drill is similar to Epsteins torque drill. Although many advanced folks don't/won't find value in it, there is an audience for it here and elsewhere. Exemplary? High Level? I guess that's in the eye of the beholder, huh? Some may really like this drill. I don't think that's for you to decide, right? Isn't that what you're trying to prove to me??? LOL

What?? I am Howe's student? My "TEACHERS", are all that have shoved knowledge down my throat.

Then, I form my own opinions, based on what I FEEL, how my hitting improves, AND in the Improvement in my students.

Based on that how is it that so many come to the same conclusions, and you get hurt feeling because they are not YOUR conclusions.

you can see me bounce, as I learn to feel this coil.
I am learning to "SIT".

And in this part of my drill, I teach others to feel the same thing.
So this is an example of my learning from others, and learning FEEL, what they are talking about, and forming a PLAN, on how to TEACH it.

As a side note, I understand how to load in the unload, I understand in the sequence how to let chain form, but my hands are passive in this drill, its about the hip.
