ball towards 3rd or up?
What is the correct internal rotation mechanic? I know Hillhouse teaches to have the ball towards 3rd (just prior to release) and then the follow through which is most natural across the body but the famous Ueno commercial video has Ueno (from what I can see as most of the time it is out of...- asoftballfan

With IR, should the arm follow straight ahead loosely (like Ueno) on a fastball or should it be across the body (opposite shoulder).- asoftballfan
