After the stride...do you lead with the hips, hands, elbow....???
Could someone explain what you mean by "creates a corner"... do you just mean the hips are rotating while the hands / shoulders are still back? I have not heard that term before. Thanks.- bandrus

Great information. We have lots to work on! Thanks for the tips / analysis. Clearly I can see she is using arms and leading with the hands - yes on knob to the ball, can remember different coaches teaching that. Thanks for the advice / tips. I think we will spend tomorrow's bp with walk-ups and self-toss. We have lots to do.
