Let me ask this: for those of you playing more than 5-7 tournaments, how much are you paying per year? My player fee is $500, for which they play 1 indoor tournament, 5 this summer, and league play during the week (doubleheaders twice a week). That is with fundraising included!
ETA: That also...
Actually, there was a DB that played for University of Michigan back in the late 80's/early 90's that was said to be able to run the 40 faster by backpedaling rather than running forward. His name was Tripp Welbourne.
The UPS guy has left the following at my house in the past couple weeks: a CF5 33", a CF5 32", a Miken Freak FX700, 11 Easton Walk-Off bat bags, and 11 Rawlings batting helmets. AND there's more to come! Fun stuff!
What are some things I can work on with my daughter prior to getting the NECC DVD? I don't want to instruct her to do anything contrary to how they teach. Thanks.

My daughter has used one of her teammates CF5 that she just got, with pretty good results. Went 2 for 3 for the first time all year last weekend. Now she wants one, but another one of her teammates parents said he heard a rumor that the CF5's were gonna be banned next year, so she's reluctant...
Ok, guys, here's a question similar to the recent thread regarding using a heavy bat in practice. My DD is 12U, and uses a 17 oz Bustos semi composite bat. She's kind of struggling adjusting to the pitching, as this her first year in travel. I seem to remember reading on here that using such a...
