DD's College freshmen season begins Sunday with a double header vs a very good and preseason #20 Augustana. She'll be playing her home games 2,500 miles from home. We've purchased a Stretchinternet package that will allow our family to watch every home game live.- 18GoldDad

Historically DII Schools didn't offer until Junior and Senior years. However, this may be changing. I do know of a few schools that have offered during Sophomore year. New NCAA rules allow more contact with recruits
Not sure if this applies to Softball. I read the article, and I strongly oppose the rule change. As the rules for softball stand now, its already over whelming and stressful at times. I don't see how 100 text messages per day is going to make the process any easier for studnet/athletes.- 18GoldDad
