Ok lets take my swing as a swing that could use what these pros say they do.
Lets say I turn my barrel to soon, and I would like to learn how to keep loading my hands longer, as darn it, its sliding away, slowing down(ball).

The bag drill, using the bag station for concept and movements and feelings are and can be vast.

However The bag is not a good place to learn a great many things, and a tee overall I believe holds more uses, along with front toss.

I have no problem with trying the different arm wrist actions, or applying them with the correct hitters for that specific action.

You didn't misread anything. I said that after working with him last year, she commenced to hitting very, very well. Exactly as I suggested. You will also note that I said earlier I don't take videos because I am coaching. However, I will say this...if you've never seen an 11 year old who is capable of and who does hit home runs out of 200 foot fences, it is painfully obvious to me why you never post any of your work. Hell, I had a 10 year old 5th grader playing school ball this year who has hit 4 out since March. Is this really that uncommon for you? I mean really? It's certainly not "the norm", but you seem in disbelief. Whatever.

And again, you do nothing but deflect. It's all you ever do on here. Understand...I have nothing to prove. I told you why he performs this drill. You choose to think it is no good. Fine. You choose to think anything other than your letter of the law is no good. Fine as well. Problem is that you have posted nothing. Zero accomplishments. Zero hitters. Zero accolades. Zero evidence to prove anything other than your ability to copy and paste and regurgitate someone else's info. This isn't about you and I. I never made any claims as to what I do or do not know. Your beef is with what Hoeard Dobson teaches. Your issue is that you claim he is teaching incorrectly. HIS evidence is out there. Yours is not. Howard 1, FFS 0.

By the way...I have no idea why these colleges have hitting coaches at all! All they need is to recruit talent and have someone who can throw front toss to them, right?

Specifically, I consider the following drill garbage.

What I continue to find interesting is that Pujols says that move is what he is trying to feel, and does a very similar move in the batter's box prior to the pitch. Yet, when he hits the ball, you don't really see a trace of it. So, what's going on? Why would he describe and practice something that we don't see him do when he takes a real swing?

I'm curious to hear an explanation....or even some guesses.
