Albert had (has) a great swing for a big man. Bonds was very productive, had great rhythm and timing (but juiced up) and is not the swing a 10 to 13 year old girl can do. Cabrera was super. Judge really isn't that good statistically when it comes to strikeout/BB rate.
BUT,
Who is the posterboy for a most "effective swing" in baseball? Why not take the smaller guys who absolutely must be doing something right to both generate that kind of power and have a much lower strikeout percentage. Say Mookie Betts, Jose Ramirez, Jean Segura or Scooter Gennett to name a few. These guys deserved to be modeled. Littler guys in the top ten in OPS.
