Clearly the only answer to the problem is to leap, not drag, while pitching. 
Another vote for Tuff Toe. Went through Ringors pretty quickly without Tuff Toe. DD thinks they feel too heavy so now using Tuff Toe on NB cleats.
I still think a Ringor LHP/RHP shoe exchange makes sense.
