Many get confused by what the shift means...It doesn't mean the stride. the stride is not the shift

I never said the 'stride was the shift'. I said the 'swing is the shift'.....there are non-striders and the 'swing is their shift' also.

The shift of weight is my answer.

Anyone confused about the 'stride' being the 'shift' should review Jim Dixon's (Sr, not Jr) work where he divides the 'stride' into three different segments. He describes that only the very last segment of the 'stride' as the 'shift'.
