In a 14u game yesterday there was a player warned by the ump for "slinging the bat". It may have hit the catcher or something. Not totally sure. Anyway , next pitch , hitter rips a double and ump calls her out and ejects her. This was USSSA. Can someone cite the rule for me. Thanks in advance

No such rule I can find in USSSA. The ejection may have been warranted after the warning, but not the out call.

Agree. If the ejection was warranted based on the warning, you allow her substitute to take her place on the bases once the play is over.

Barring a specific tournament rule, that is.

The things need to be separated, the player being safe or out is one thing, being ejected is another. They are individual decisions.

We have a local rule that the batter is called out if they throw thier bat,
