Hal, is this what we call 'walk ups' / 'power walks '? I realize she is very young and stiff, so that's why I am asking? Hard for me to tell.

I figured that was what you were referring to. Great drill for all ages. Good workout for the legs and teaches the younger DD's to push off.

We use it at every pitching practice and warm ups before a game.

If anyone else has a video of a pitcher doing the run through drill, please add it to this post. This is the only video of this drill I have.
