Osorio is a rise ball, curve ball pitcher. Looks like a curve to me.
Your DD is trying to power her pitch from her shoulder versus arm whip. She is IR'ing her arm, but not really pronating her formarm with arm whip.
You need to try and establish arm whip from the lock-it-in and "T" position drills. If she can't arm whip from a "T" drill, she won't be able to arm whip in a full pitch.
