A little history about me: I am originally from Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and lead the DePaul Blue Demons to the Women’s College World Series and garnished numerous athletic and academic awards during my collegiate softball career.
During my time at DePaul I was named first team All-Conference, Conference Tournament MVP, Conference Pitcher of the Week, and was awarded the Commissioners Medal of Honor for earning over a 3.75 GPA. During my pitching college career, I averaged 1.02 strikeouts per innings pitched, threw a no-hitter, held batters to a .196 batting average, and still hold several DePaul pitching records.
In High School, I was named player of the year by the Daily Herald in 2001, 2002, and 2003 and was named WGN and Chicago Tribune Athlete of the Month in April 2003. In High School, I pitched a total of 583 innings while recording 1,067 strikeouts, 34 shutouts, 15 no-hitters, and 5 perfect games.
