You're in a better situation than I am with all that equipment, assistants, and a budget (mine is $0). I have some decent newbie talent as 7 of them have strong arms (the rest can't make a throw from 2b to 1b). My mistake was not developing the pitchers and catchers right away. Being a baseball pitching coach I figured I could do that at the last minute. I still need to go through a couple more OF and IF drills before our first game and we only have 2 more practices. Be organized. I have a folder with sheets for every drill, skill levels, etc. It's going to be a 3-4 year journey to get good for us.
