Hope everyone had a good summer. My girls went back for their sophomore year with a new coaching staff and a bunch of new girls.
They’ve been on campus for 3 days, but today was the first practice and they are pumped. After 3 days of meetings/events and one practice the girls love the new head coach and the freshmen. As a bonus a former HS teammate walked-on and she’s on the team!!!
They had a rough year last year. Both got to play quite a bit, but they said the team mood was just negative and had a losing season.
They have been nervous about going back but that has turned into excitement. Of course, time will tell, but for now they’re happy. I’m hoping for a good year.
