At DD's last tournament noticed the MAKO was making a funny sound, checked it for any cracks or excessive flexing at the handle but found nothing. But yesterday doing tee work noticed on outside pitches the bat had a dead sound at the top of the sweet spot right at the fastpitch stamp. I took a ball and just bounced it off the bat and whenever it got to this spot it felt like one of those mush balls you use for inside practice. It was all the way around the barrel. Anywhere else on the bat and it felt great. Now DD is a lefty and sees a lot on the outside but the bat was bought in DEC. and only used in HS games(23) and two 18u tournaments. Sorry so long just wanted to see if any one has had this same problem. Thanks
