Looking for advice on finding a good fit for travel team in central New Jersey

I'm new to this process and was hoping for some advice. I would like to find a travel team for my 12U DD. I am looking for a well run organization that would help her in development at this stage. She is an average player and has played in Rec and summer tournament town leagues for several years. We are in Woodbridge NJ and because of our schedules would probably need to stay within 1 hour drive. Can anyone recommend some teams that we could approach? Appreciate any advice or contacts.
