DD is 13 Maybe looking for a hitting coach that teaches rotational hitting or Combo.
In Phoenix Area.
Im at a point I need some feedback

DD went to 5 day lessons with Jim
and is already getting away from her severe linear hitting. But its going to take time to break allot of those habits

He can give his assessment, but I'll try to give an objective one.

She came to me with the MOST linear mechanics I have EVER seen. She LITERALLY moved EVERYTHING in a line, sideways and pushed at the ball. We had to rebuild her swing from ground zero.

At the end of 5 days, she understood what she should be doing, but 5 days is not going to eliminate an entirely different swing pattern.

She had her 6th lesson on Tuesday, and about halfway through it, she got the "ah ha", the light bulb went off, and she started to get the feel of it, and she was whacking the ball significantly better. She still has plenty of work to do, but she's now on the right track.

She has athletic ability and lots of potential. Now, we need to get her coaches to stop telling her to do it their way.
