So Cal
So your swing is your shift.

The COM shifts from back to front during the swing, as opposed to shifting the COM to/against the front side and then swinging.

My video is now set to public

What are you trying to illustrate with the video? I see some issues with the bat path and hand use, but I don't want that discussion to detract from your intentions if they relate to something being discussed earlier.

So Cal
I received an pm saying post my work or stfu. So I posted a vid

Does it relate to the topic of discussion in this thread, or are you just posting because someone told you to? If it relates to this discussion, great. Go ahead and make your point.

I can see that the video could provide context for some interesting discussion, but that would probably be served best in a separate thread (if you're interested). Your video. Your choice. FYI - There are no forum rules requiring posting of video to be able to discuss hitting mechanics. Some people believe it's important. Others, not so much.

So Cal
If you wanna post in seperate thread go ahead. For the time being I proved a point and it served its purpose right here.

It's your video. If you want to discuss it, fine. If not, no worries. It doesn't matter either way to me.

You sweat small stuff. Was it worth your time?

I'm not sure what you're talking about by "small stuff". I'm not worried about my time.
