Reminds me of my dds coach's younger dd. She was a little spitfire when she was that age. Tons of confidence and could do things older girls didn't quite get. Hit throw field...

She is headed to HS next year and is going to be a hell of a basketball player for the team. Dang kid switched on us.

Slight bending over and flexing the knees but most of that is probably due to that pitch way low....probably afraid to give them a fat pitch to hit.

One a much more serious note the front foot forward while reaching back and getting separation is completely natural...again all undone unfortunately by having to reach down for that terrible pitch.
