My 12U girls will have our first practice this year this monday (1/13). We will be using my church gym for our
indoor monday practices through march. What indoor balls are you guys using? Would like balls with seams
and correct weight if possible. No pitching machine, just infield situations and my girls love to scrimmage
each other and talk smack so we will be hitting balls. I just need to take it easy on the gym walls.
Thanks.

jugs softies

We use jugs softies in the gym. Not saying they wont damage a wall but softer then a standard ball. They will sting in leave a mark too if hit hard enough by one.

I have the Worth 12" ProTac NCAA training balls and use them in the gym. Dick's sells them individually, but Amazon has them cheaper by the dozen.

For indoor batting without a cage, you can use standard TCB balls or TCB Wiffles. The standard balls don't travel far, and the wiffles are very durable.
