I need tips for INSIDE/OUTSIDE pitches..

This makes TOTAL sense to me, as I am a former Biology teacher...
This is a common issue I see with some of my players, and this one in particular..She isn't turning her head enough to look at the pitcher. Thanks for pointing it out!!

Is it possible she is afraid to get her hands hit on the swing? If she doesn't swing, I doubt it's a vision problem. Many young ones like the ball away. They fear anything close.It's a bit irrational, but it happens nonetheless.
