How to approach the situation

It's TB FALL Season ... This coach has 2 teams ... A Fall Ball team (that plays during the week in a different county as us) & a TB team (that plays weekend tournaments in various cities in our state).

Thanks everyone for the advice ... An email is definitely in order & I will let everyone know how that goes.

My DD is also on a TB team that is playing weekend tournaments rather than league, but I pretty much refer to everything during the fall season as "fall ball." IMO, in this age range, even a tournament team should be concentrating less on winning during the fall than on development and preparation for the future. I have a hard time seeing the point of trophy hunting at 8U or 10U. If the HC and ACs do a good job of coaching all the girls up, the wins will come.
