How do you "break up" with a coach?

My goal is always to be entertaining. However, I was serious about this situation. The coach is hurt by DD's departure. I hoped that he wouldn't be. He has other players to play DD's positions.

You have to do what is best for your DD. It might be different is you were team hopping mid season and left him short handed after you made commitment but he should have plenty of time to find replacement now. Though he's probably disappointed at losing one of his better players.
