Hitting philosophy

Front Toss is preferred.
Machine is easy and just go to get some swings in
Tee if we see a problem and need to really slow it down
I don't like heavy balls at all.

Also I use machine for my first basemen and catcher for catching drills. (stretches at first)

when we had a batting practice, tee work was ALWAYS included

front toss over machine all day - machine was great for bunting, but i had more girls who struggled off the machine that were good hitters than good hitters who were improved by the machine lol

Agree with most, front toss preferred, but machine is good for just getting more swings in. Heavy balls I like just to get younger players to finish their swing.
