Looking for some help on what I can do to keep DD from releasing her top side to quick. Back yard swing you can she she lets the ball get a little deeper and powers through, but game swings no power and way out front. We continue to work on letting the ball get deeper at home but in games it's not translating.

Backyard Swing

Game Swing (actually went over the fence just foul)

Please comment on anything else you see her doing wrong..

A lot of 'slack' in your DD's swing before she exactly swings. Push swing.

Is it because she's releasing her top half before firing the lower half?

Are you seeing the same thing in the backyard swing?

How would you correct this? Any drills to improve this or continue with more front toss to create muscle memory?

Your DD has done it before. Just need to get back to this and 'tighten' it up.
See the separation. No Separation:

See the hands moving forward when the hands should be 'loading', getting ready to 'turn the barrel forward'. See the hands before the hips.

I believe this has more to do with not trusting the check swing. Not being yes yes no. It's more of a maybe, maybe (the creeping forward of the hands) yes game swing. With her tee swing, she does not creep the hands forward because she knows she's swinging. To me, she needs to work on starting her swing ( like on the tee) sudden and fast and hit the brakes (check swing) when she ID's the pitch as a ball.
