DD cracked her 15' 2 Legit.. Purchased it in June.
Called and they gave me an RA.. Sent it back and had a new Quattro within 5 days!

Ordered a Pocket Radar from Amazon.. It arrived damaged. I emailed their support line instead of going through Amazon. They send me a brand new unit. It arrived in 3 days.

Great to see companies working hard to support the sport. I will be loyal to both of these great companies!

I would like to give Ringor a shout out. Sent them a picture of my DD's cleats where she broke off the front spike on her plant foot (DD is a pitcher). Even though they were out of warranty, the customer service department said that should not have happened and send us a new pair!

I've got to mention Pete and Wayne at Vinci. They replaced my DD's way out of warranty glove with a new custom identical to her old one, and for something that's absolutely not their fault! I was shocked when Pete said don't worry about it, send Wayne a couple of pics of it and we'll take care of it!! Now that's great customer service.
