Easton Synergy Speed SRV4B (blue model): Is it going to be illegal in ASA or NSA?

A girl on my TT has an Easton Synergy Speed SRV4B -10 bat (the blue one..... 2011 model if I'm not mistaken). Her parents said they heard it will be illegal in ASA and NSA tournaments starting this Fall. Can anyone confirm or deny this? There is no strong USSSA presence out here so we are not concerned with that sanctioning body.

You should be good until January 2014 for Utrip and it's good to go for ASA. Double check the bat because some of the SRV4B actually have the new stamp (not many though)
