Ok so I love watching these things and glean a lot of great stuff by being able to watch them. I am looking to buy a new one. My dd is just wrapping up her first year pitching and is starting to take interest in catching. She attends hitting and pitching lessons but the dvds really help me learn more so we can practice effectively at home. I also have a few other girls that are starting come over once a week for lessons(I use that term losely. I don't charge anything just trying to improve our rec play).
Here is a list of what I:
USA Softball: Hitting
Justin Stone:Building the Major League Swing(this is an excellent dvd)
Tim Walton: Infield/Outfield Defensive Drills
Cheri Kempf: The Pitchers Edge(and book)
Bill Hillhouse: Building the House
and several agility videos.
I also loan some of these out to any parent that wants to learn.
So what are you guys watching and what would you recommend?
