DD Pulled

Not sure I get why pulling a pitcher is different than pulling a position player. That walk from the pitchers mound to the dugout after being pulled is the longest walk you will ever take.

Hell sometimes I pull 1B when making a pitching change just so the pitcher doesn't have to make that walk. Specifically if it was the defense that lead us to making a change (and not the pitcher).

If she was showing lack of effort, then as a parent I would be happy with it. Sometimes I wish our coach would pull players including my DD catcher just to teach them a lesson so to speak about what is and isn't acceptable. Sure they will be a little embarrassed or upset but that's a good life lesson in my eyes. My DD gets lazy sometimes with blocking and throw backs and one good pull after one of those would have probably saved a lot of grief later. A lot of times feedback works much better when it is instant.
