Bow-flex-bow?

Does Ocasio demonstrate bow-flex-bow as (Rick Pauly defines it) in this clip posted by knightsb?: https://www.discussfastpitch.com/softball-pitching/24803-how-critical-brush-12.html#post429482

Here are stills from that clip (I don't know how to do height tags to size them better). Between the first and second still, it looks like she loads with her lats for extra oomph.



If the answer is "yes" (that this is the bow-flex-bow Rick Pauly describes), I may finally kinda understand what the smart people have been explaining for years.

Good question. Do you have the link to where he discusses it? I remember it but can't find it anywhere.
