Anyone have any 411 on Top Prospect Network (TPN)?

While attending my first college showcase tournament last weekend, I came across a booth for Top Prospect Network (TPN) and spoke briefly with the guy manning the booth. Just wondering if anyone has experience with them and whether or not it is worth the $$$......Thanks!
