2016 LS LXT - Return?

Just wondering if anyone had this experience with a 2016 LS LXT: where the bat joins, DD is able to twist it. Is LS easy to deal with?

LS has always been very good on returns. You have to call and get an RMA number, then send the bat and a copy of your receipt to them in a box with the RMA clearly marked on the package. Once approved they will ship your replacement bat to you the same way you shipped to them. Therefore, if you need a quick turnaround you can ship next day air and get the replacement back next day.

Wonderful customer service.

I remember when they had a recall and they gave us 2 new bats for the one returned. a current model then and the next years model later just to say sorry

Being able to twist the bat doesn't mean its broken.

There is gonna be slight play in the connection when broken in. If you can twist the handle like a ton, then yeah.

We have a bunch of 2016 LXTs now. No issues with any (knock on wood) but LS has always been first-rate to deal with.

Crazy-hot bats, BTW. So are the 2016 Xenos.
