LS has always been very good on returns. You have to call and get an RMA number, then send the bat and a copy of your receipt to them in a box with the RMA clearly marked on the package. Once approved they will ship your replacement bat to you the same way you shipped to them. Therefore, if you need a quick turnaround you can ship next day air and get the replacement back next day.
I remember when they had a recall and they gave us 2 new bats for the one returned. a current model then and the next years model later just to say sorry
