2 ASA rule changes

I'm totally in favor of the chin straps being gone. I would like to see the cage be optional like in college too, but not a big deal.

I actually like the on deck rule. I would probably put them on 1B side as it makes it easier to assist runners coming home.

As far as safety on the on deck hitter, I've seen some that are way to close to the plate and with a fast pitcher it's a little scary.

Like I said, I don't see it ever being an issue, other than an arguing point. Most of the other team is on the field and not in the dugout. The vast majority of teams will have 2-4 players in the dugout.
