As straightleg said, she has a very typical girls swing. I have a few girls on my team who swing the same way. Not much I can do bcause they're in hitting lessons.
If you pause the clip at about the 2 second mark you will see that she has flattened her palms by lowering her hands to her side in preparation to swing. All hitters have to get their palms flat at contact. It's mandatory. The girls instinctively now that. I've found that teaching the girls a more efficient and connected way to get their palms flat at contact from the handset position they use in their stance, helps to clean up the swing a lot. I like the Bounce Drill that BM posted in another thread to help reinforce what I believe is the correct way to get the hands flat.
