Balance While Hitting
My daughter is shifting her weight to her front foot while hitting. She doesn't do it in the cage, but when she gets in games it is extremely prominent. How can she fix it?- midway2017

hitting training aid
Has anyone had any experience with a hitting aid called the "pro hammer bat"? I saw a you tube video on it and I think I will buy one but I was hoping to get some real feedback first. Thanks, James- coach james
