]DD pitching this year as a 2nd year 14U player.
Those socks are back in style..... Shorts, not so much
Those socks were kept up with some type of Boy Scout garters. I don't know why they didn't stay up by themselves. So, there were the sanitary socks, the black men's socks and then these stirrups. It is a wonder that we didn't get a clot.

Shooting softball is one of my favorite things to shoot....
Two high school pitchers who played against each other from their early days in rec, became friends in our league's all star teams and continued their rivalry into high school. Both are headed off to play DIII next year.
