Snapping over the elbow or towards the elbow is hammering. We want swivel. Snap it away from you so the weight will move around forearm as it slides to the end of the pipe.
12-6 compared to 3-9??

For my money this is what this gadget will cause..The barrel weighted moves rearward and cause the elbow to win the race. The additional force is not good.
I would only use it to feel the handle force rearward. I wouldn't take it to contact or half swing!
What you see is a kid whos been taught to force adduction but don't lower your shoulder yet force the tilt as well.
The latest rage is the rearward barrel? This is just now being taught? The latest rage is the EV and LA?
I SEE A TON of forced tilt and forced handle pressure rearward. I do agree that the barrel travels rearward but I believe the swivel happens much earlier than what I'm seeing here and what I'm seeing taught!
I feel that forcing tilt is a huge mistake! Forced handle pressure or SOLEY FOCUSING ON RB is making one late to the swivel! That's not good!
