Thanks for the reference..... Yes it was a real eye opener for me, the guy testing her said that the worse score he has ever seen was a 28 and DD scored a 31.

Many mobility issues can be corrected or at least improved with hard work and time. As a pitcher, DD was beginning to develop some shoulder/elbow issues. Our first thought was mechanics and she worked hard in that area. Eventually we learned that it was actually a scapular issue that was causing some problems. Her PT placed her on a program to improve her scapular mobility and it has made a big improvement. She still isn't 100%, but is much better than she was. It was an eye opener for us as well. So much that DD's plan is to become a PT herself. She has been spending her Christmas break reading a book called Anatomy Trains. Very interesting read...
