Default 2016 vs 2019 New LXT

If I can get an new in wrapper 2016 LXT for $100 less than a 2019 model should I get the 2016 or the 2019? My DD is on a Wilson Sponsored team so the 2019 is not full price....but it isn't as cheap as the 2016

It should also be noted that she is currently using a 2016 LXT bat...this is for the next size up. Just trying to figure out whether the 2019 has any more pop.

Figure in warranty...if the 2016 has a warranty just like the 19...why not? If the 16 has no warranty, have to figure that in your decision.

Plus, if she likes the 16 and it has a warranty, there's another positive

The design is way different between these models!!!
The 2016 LXT was my DD's fav bat of all time. We burnt through 3 of them. Now she's 100% sold on the Mizuno Power Carbon. It's honestly the hottest bat in our dug-out.
What size are you looking for?

31/20 is the bat we are looking for. One of the local shops has two of them on clearance.

I have a 32/21 with plenty of pop left in it if you're interested

2016 LXT is pure fire. Bought my DD a 34" -8 LXT plus on sale as a heavy bat trainer and she never put it down. Bought 2 more for back up. One has lost some pop and is now her cage bat.

Never owned a 2016, Anna does carry a 2016 33/23 Xeno as her backup, that’s the only Xeno she’s ever owned, she’s definitely an LXT girl. We owned 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2018, and honestly we’ve liked them all, great bats! The black 2015 was our favorite though!

Look at me joining in on a bat conversation . Brian, sorry I’m no help on the 2019.

The 2015's were hot too. Things changed with the 2017, not for the better IMDDO.

agreed... the 16 model was build just like a xeno except the inner discs were composite and not aluminum... the 17 came out completely different, no discs. DD hated it, that was $300 bucks wasted. I sold it.
