Ideas on Older Equipment Donation?

We have some older equipment we'd like to give away to reduce our storage requirements. Bats, catching equipment, non-anchored bases, helmets with no grills. We're in proximity to an urban area but I don't want to presume or offend by offering stuff up to an organization. Any thoughts on the best way to unload?

In the Houston area, there is a team called Texas Storm that has a connection with a minister in the Philippines. The minister visits Texas and takes (ships) used equipment back to girls there who need it desperately. Without the equipment, they use flip flops for fielding gloves, cardboard boxes for catchers gear, sticks and pipes for bats. Many of them play with no shoes. Used equipment for them is literally a game changer.

I don't know, I would rather see the stuff get donated somewhere in this country. Many struggling areas/kids who could use it.

But kudos for wanting to donate and help...that's awesome plain and simple no matter who it helps!!!!
