It would never leave my players car no matter what the TD says.

If my DD got hurt while your player was using 1 I would sue the player's parents, you, umpire and TD for a start.

I would also continue to bring it up once a tournament if you see the other team using it.

That's an interesting response. Does that mean that you would not let your daughter play in USA softball events ( because they allow the Ghost)? You only let her play USSSA because you feel like it's safer? Or you would just sue any chance you get because someone has broken a rule?

What he is saying is about THAT tournament. It was a usssa tourney that the TD then allowed a non-usssa bat.

I feel the TD calls the shots, whatever he allows goes. But I can def see Q's side

"This is the first and only bat available in the market with the USSSA “FASTPITCH ONLY” certification. This means the bat is exempt from all field compression testing in USSSA play."

USSSA , ISA and NSA

And yes, the usssa stamp has fastpitch only written under it.

Hahahaha, I am gonna have to explain this to the slowpitch directors all year, so I feel your pain. I am 100% certain I am gonna have slowpitch guys trying to
sneak it in.
