Hey all. I'm coaching a U12 team this year (my third year overall) and I'm trying to expand my knowledge base. I have a baseball background so I'm comfortable teaching situations and strategy but there are so many mechanical differences between baseball and softball that I feel I need more effective drills. There are many programs online but its hard to tell good information from bad without a strong background. I'd rather pay a flat rate rather than monthly fee but am open to suggestions!

The softball drill book. A collection put together by several college coaches, and very good. It is a book, not online.

Also check out Cindy Bristow's Softball Excellence. She has a lot of online drills. Her program is offered free to NFCA members as a member benefit, so plenty of good info in there.
