    Actually, getting them to the point of swing ownership and self tweaking is a huge accomplishment IMO. Providing video feedback rather than verbal commentary saves father-daughter relationships! Video tells no lies, has no ego, doesn’t get hurt feelings, and doesn’t argue.

    As a dad of another fully ACL replacement recovered DD (3.2 before, 3.2 after LOL) I think we often take for granted the miracles of modern medicine - not just the surgeries , but also the rehab and PT.

    I wouldn't be so quick to rule out D3 options. DD's teammate was a D3 All American in field hockey (multiple times) and softball her senior year. Then went to grad school to be a PT.

    The response above, complete with not only the how but also the why and objective consideration of the alternative, is nothing less than I have come to expect from TCC and Jay and is consistent with his fathers mission to develop better catchers. I don't know anyone who does it better.
