That is a very good point about the coaches being there. Both have been very successful at the current schools. One has been there over 25 years and rumors of retirement have been around a while. Probably DD's biggest fear of early verbal is that pretty much shuts the door for her to get a shot at a big time program. Not sure if she would be able to play at that top elite level or even saying she can, but from what I've heard most coaches honor those early verbals and stay away from...- Sbdad2015

we are familiar with FASFA....but pretty much know we aren't getting much help if any there....our federal govt seems to think that an average middle class family can afford to send 3 kids to any school they want and be able to afford it without a problem as well as still trying to live...- Sbdad2015

The two schools right now are top mid majors.....if she commits early our fear is what happens if a major school comes along and is interested in the next 12 months. TB coordinator does a fantastic job and has many contacts, but he isn't negotiating for her.- Sbdad2015

she will not get a full....she isn't a pitcher. We have a pretty good handle on things from a location type of school idea, just trying to dial in a kid that age to think about things that an adult does is difficult some times! Proper Protocol for a 2015 with D1 offers??
One is through TB and the other she has been attending camps since about the 5th/6th grade. She was at both schools for unofficials, met the team on one, met staff of schools, toured campus etc. Had a great time. Both great coaches and staffs.- Sbdad2015
