In need of advice
As the title says Im in need of a little advice. My dd is going to be 12 in April. She has been pitching for about a year. She throws 46mph and can hit her spots 80% of the time. No warmup!!!
Is just me or is it bad for my dd to be throwed in to pitch with no warmup prior to pitching. Just the five pitches prior to starting the inning? It can't be good I'm sure of that. Had a conversation with the coach about it after the game and that didn't go very well as I expected.- southernchopper

My DD plays for a very good 10U organization that is going up to 12U. The practices are at least twice a week 1.5hour drive each way. She fits in real well with this team.
